HOW IT WORKS

The full story stays with the work, so routine tasks can move and real decisions can reach you prepared.

An inquiry arrives while you are shooting

Ana connects the message to the right people, gathers the details it can confirm, and prepares the next step for review.

The next teammate gets the full story

The conversation, promises, roles, and next action stay together, so a handoff does not begin with another explanation from you.

3

The studio keeps moving while you travel

Routine work can continue. Decisions that need your judgment arrive with the wedding, people, facts, and risk beside them.

High season stops living only in your head

Follow-ups, calendar changes, payment questions, and loose promises remain visible even when several weddings move at once.

FAQs

The useful questions are about control, context, and what happens when the work is not simple.

Ana is designed to connect with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, and WhatsApp, alongside the wedding and studio information in your workspace. You choose which accounts to connect and can disconnect them again.

Ana uses the messages, templates, studio rules, and corrections you authorize to recognize how your studio communicates. Your edits and approved drafts refine the context used for your studio; they are not used to train a general-purpose AI model.

No. Client-facing drafts wait for your review under the standard workflow. You can change every word, approve the message, or reject it before it goes out through your connected account.

MeetAna uses encrypted connections, protected credential storage, tenant-level access controls, and least-privilege integrations. We do not sell personal data. A workspace administrator can disconnect services and request deletion of the account and associated workspace data, subject to the limited exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.

Yes. You can correct remembered facts, edit drafts, define studio rules, pause workflows, and decide which commitments must always return to you. When Ana is unsure, she holds the work for your decision instead of guessing.

Start with one useful workflow and the boundaries around it. Expand only after you have seen the work, corrected the rules, and decided it is useful.
